So, a little thing I've been thinking of is getting a small-capacity, wi-fi only iPad as a primary reading device. From the small period of time I've been able to play with one, both the iBooks app and Comixology look pretty rock solid.

Comixology is great because it would act like a Steam for all my comic purchases, but of course it doesn't support comics that were purchased from elsewhere- a bugger as I'd want to scan my own books! That's not a problem with iBooks as it supports ePub. 

Swiping and pinching and all that flash I don't really care about, but it would be handy to be able to grab a device and go- with options for any mood.

Of course, the only real problem is that I really don't like Apple.

I'm so conflicted, so I'll be sticking with paper for now...
